It’s Business Tax Receipt Renewal Time

It is business tax renewal season for all businesses operating in the City of Palm Coast. All business tax receipts are due by September 30, 2022. Business tax receipts renew annually.

The City of Palm Coast Code of Ordinances, Chapter 16 defines a business as any activity, enterprise, profession, joint venture, or occupation whether or not for profit conducted within the city, of such nature that it provides either a product or a service to patrons, clients or customers. This includes every business operation advertised at an address within the city by sign, newspaper, or other media.

A local business tax receipt can be obtained in person from City Hall or electronically. Renewals are currently being mailed to addresses already on file. For more information, or to renew online, visit palmcoast.gov/business-tax. To speak to the Local Business Tax Division, call 386-986-3766.
